JDWEB.cc provides information technology services, which may include server management, VoIP/PBX administration (FusionPBX and FreePBX), website and web application support, system monitoring, and related consulting. The specific scope, deliverables, and pricing of services are governed by the service agreement, proposal, invoice, or statement of work applicable to your engagement.
Our services are intended for businesses and individuals who have entered into a service relationship with JDWEB.cc. You must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to bind the organization you represent.

By providing your mobile number to JDWEB.cc — through a service agreement, intake form, support request, phone call, email, or in-person communication — you consent to receive SMS and MMS messages from us related to our services. This includes support ticket updates, appointment scheduling, service notifications, billing messages, and general customer service.
Message frequency varies depending on your active service needs. There is no fixed schedule; messages are sent on an as-needed, conversational basis.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. JDWEB.cc does not charge you to receive or send text messages. You are responsible for any charges your carrier imposes.
You may stop receiving text messages from us at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one final confirmation message, after which no further messages will be sent unless you opt back in. Opting out of SMS does not terminate your service agreement; we may continue to communicate with you through email, phone, or other agreed channels.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to carrier availability and may be affected by factors outside our control.
SMS services are available on most major U.S. mobile carriers. Message delivery is subject to each carrier's network availability.
Fees for our services are set out in the applicable service agreement, proposal, or invoice. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due upon receipt. Late payments may be subject to interest, service suspension, or both, in accordance with the applicable agreement.
Each party agrees to protect the other's confidential information and to use it only for purposes related to the services. This obligation survives termination of the service relationship.
All content, methodologies, tools, and materials developed or provided by JDWEB.cc remain our intellectual property unless expressly transferred in writing. Deliverables prepared specifically for you under a signed agreement are governed by that agreement.
We strive to provide our services in a professional and workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards. To the fullest extent permitted by law, services are otherwise provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, JDWEB.cc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to the services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to the services shall not exceed the fees paid by you to JDWEB.cc for the services giving rise to the claim during the three (3) months preceding the event.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JDWEB.cc and its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your misuse of the services, violation of these Terms, or violation of any applicable law or third-party right.
Either party may terminate the service relationship in accordance with the applicable service agreement. JDWEB.cc may suspend or terminate services immediately for non-payment, violation of these Terms, or conduct that poses a risk to our systems or other customers. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including confidentiality, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will continue to apply.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
