Software Assurance is for all labor associated with any software issues & repairs for the PC pinned to the plan.

Complete Assurance is just that -- the PC pinned to the plan.  Anything related to the tower nothing that plugs into it. So labor and parts are included on this plan.

The eWarranty plan price may increase after evaluation of PC to be covered in the event it is above normal default PC value. Example would be a DELL XPS.

Multi-PC discount - same household

Multi-PC plans - only require (1) $49 setup fee.

2nd eWarranty 25 percent discount
3rd eWarranty 35 percent discount
4th eWarranty 50 percent discount (final level)

After one year -
2nd year is 25 percent off !
3rd year is 35 percent off !

eWarranty plans have No refunds - but with cash back options !

Cash back on any plan
Get 30 percent of what paid if no eWarranty work is performed !! At any time at any point of your plan period. !
Or get a coupon for a friend towards any labor
performed at JDWEB !!

Plan benefits
All repairs are done first at JDWEB ahead of
all NON-eWarranty PCs.

There is no limit to how many times you bring it in to get fixed - the labor is included every time.

Setup fee can be waived if your computer is in the
shop for a nuke and reload -- $85
After a nuke and reload you only have 3 days to
get setup fee waived otherwise setup
fee is required.

Software repairs are bumper to bumper
no matter the reason - even if deliberate. Viruses / spyware or a windows update - no matter what the reason.

Conditions do apply - it is at JDWEB's discretion if it is
a software issue that can be resolved with minimum time or if a nuke/reload is needed.

There are no limits or exclusions to issues related to software. Resolutions are at a best effort and not guaranteed.

Hardware Assurance Complete

This plan only covers the computer tower that is pinned to the plan at the time of signup. JDWEB will be using serial
numbers of the hardware along with specific descriptions to insure plan compliance.

Repairs are only to be done by JDWEB staff
at our store location as defined below.

Repairs are defined as returning the effected PC to you the customer in working order.

Replacement of hardware on effected PC is at the judgment of JDWEB staff and can include using used hardware of equal or greater value.

Repairs are defined as fixing or replacing
hardware that is defective.

Exclusions are damages that are from anything other than being defective. Examples are deliberate or accidental damages. Exclusions are lightning, water, fire, smoke, and theft.
